Client Responsibilities

Delays in client feedback or missing assets may affect timelines and performance outcomes. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any materials supplied to Grapevine Marketing for use in campaigns.
Payment Terms
Fees for our services are due as specified in the client agreement or SOW. Services may be billed on a recurring monthly retainer, project basis, or other agreed-upon structure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable once a service period has begun.
Intellectual Property
This Agreement does not transfer from us to you any of our or third party intellectual property. All right, title, and interest in such property will remain solely with Grapevine Marketing LLC and its licensors. You retain ownership of all pre-existing materials you provide to us. Any new creative work, strategies, or content developed by Grapevine Marketing during the engagement will be owned by you upon full and final payment for the relevant services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms and conditions. Disclaimer of Warranties
